Generally, the Bar is only included as part of the hire of the entire grounds or a significant part thereof. Anyone wishing to use it as a licensed premise for the service of alcohol, is responsible for applying and gaining approval from the appropriate authority (Dept Gaming and Racing – www.olgr.nsw.gov.au)
